For your convenience, dog beds and dog bowls are provided. To help maintain the home, we kindly ask that pets remain off all furniture, including sofas and beds, to avoid additional cleaning charges or potential damage. Please ensure pets are supervised, clean up after them promptly, and dispose of waste in the designated garbage bins near the driveway.
Please note: Two indoor male Bengal cats live on the premises. They are well cared for, remain indoors at all times, and are fed fresh food (not kibble). Bengal cats are often considered hypoallergenic, but guests with sensitivities should review this information carefully. For additional details, please review the House Rules prior to booking.
EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $100/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.
VENDORS:
Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home and yard. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.

We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. CHERISH:
Some of the things visitors to Los Angeles cherish the most are the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.
CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!
WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered kangaroo mice. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children.

Our home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone
(VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
BACKYARD FENCING:
While we do have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. City critters don’t find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.

There is no EV charger on the property. However, public EV charging stations are available nearby for guest convenience, making it easy to access charging options during your stay.
