The home offers a bright, open concept living space with seamless indoor outdoor flow. A private patio with outdoor dining and a propane BBQ grill provides the perfect setting for morning coffee or sunset dinners.

• No smoking inside either home.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please keep voices and music low outdoors after dark and be respectful of our neighbors.
• Please treat both homes and all outdoor equipment with care.
• The Casita (710) features a spiral staircase. Please use caution when carrying luggage or assisting young children or guests with mobility concerns.
FAMILY & PETS
We are family and dog friendly. Children 2 years and older must be included in the total guest count. Pets are welcome with prior written approval only.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES & SAFETY
• The hot tub and fire pit are for registered guests only. Please follow all operating instructions.
• Never leave the hot tub, fire pit, or BBQ grills unattended while in use.
• Always turn the fire pit OFF and close the gas valve after use.
• Clean both BBQ grill grates with the provided brush after each use.
• Keep children away from all outdoor flame and heat sources.
• Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or are under the influence of alcohol or medication.
