FAQ's

How much does it cost?

Our Standard Plan starts at 10% of booking revenue — no setup fees, no long-term contract, no surprises. You can walk away at any time for any reason. Most hosts net more under management than they did self-managing, even after our fee, because we lift occupancy and ADR enough to more than cover it.

Do I lose control of my calendar?

No. You keep full calendar control. Block off personal stays, holidays, or seasonal windows whenever you want. A lot of our hosts only rent part of the year — the platform is built for that.

What if I only want to rent seasonally?

Perfect fit for our Standard Plan. No minimums, no commitment to a full year. You tell us when the home is available and we optimise every one of those nights. Even 60-90 days of professionally managed bookings usually outperforms a full season of self-management.

I had a bad experience with a property manager before. What's different here?

You stay in control and you see everything in real time — bookings, payouts, guest reviews, expenses. No black box. If something’s wrong, you’ll know before we do. Tell us what went sideways last time and we’ll show you exactly how we handle it differently.

How fast can I get started?

If you already have an active permit and listing, we can go live in 24 hours. New to STR? Two to three weeks to get listed, priced, and live.

What about my permit?

For our premium plans, we handle it end-to-end — renewals, lapses, denials, and new applications. STR compliance in LA is part of the service, not an add-on, and if your permit is inactive or denied we’ll walk you through the path to get back in good standing. For our standard and advanced plans you’re in control! As soon as the permit is approved, let us know and we’re ready to go!
