Unit C is a well-appointed, light-filled apartment with a distinctly modern-retro vibe. The spacious open-plan living area features a large grey tufted sectional sofa bed (sleeps 1), marble-top coffee table, oversized wall-mounted TV, and a white-and-gold media console. A pink velvet accent chair adds a pop of color. The wall-mounted mini-split A/C keeps the space comfortable year-round.

A dedicated workspace sits off the living area — black desk, cane-back ergonomic chair, and staggered floating wall shelves with plants. The dining area features a mid-century table with four teal-cushioned chairs, a wall-mounted surfboard, and the Nespresso coffee station nearby.

The king bedroom is a serene retreat — grey upholstered platform bed, matching nightstands, arched gold mirror, white dresser, and botanical wall art. Multiple windows fill the room with natural light.

The kitchen packs a punch: iconic red Galanz retro refrigerator, black gas range, Samsung microwave, wall-mounted cookware rack, and fully organized drawers. In-unit stacked washer/dryer. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, white vanity, and classic subway tile.

Transit

Washington Place is perfectly positioned for getting around Greater LA. The 10 and 405 freeways are minutes away, putting downtown LA, Santa Monica, and LAX all within easy reach. Venice Beach is a 10-minute drive, Culver City is 5 minutes, and Marina del Rey is just around the corner. Street parking on Washington Place is generally available and free — just note the Monday street sweeping (8am–12pm). Rideshare pickups are fast and frequent in this neighborhood.

The home is close to a main street, so there may be a bit of traffic noise here and there — but guests consistently say it’s mild and the neighborhood feels safe and peaceful.

Street parking on Washington Place is generally available; however, it may take a few extra minutes to find a spot later in the evening.

Washer and dryer are available in-unit for your convenience.

Neighborhood

Situated in Culver West — one of LA’s most well-connected Westside neighborhoods — this apartment puts you at the crossroads of convenience and calm. Tree-lined streets, well-kept mid-century homes, and a relaxed residential feel make it a comfortable home base whether you’re here for a few nights or several weeks.

Venice Beach is about 2.5 miles away, and Culver City’s thriving dining, arts, and entertainment scene is just minutes in the other direction. Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, and Playa Vista are all within easy reach via Washington Boulevard or the 10 Freeway. The area is well-served by local coffee shops, casual eateries, and everyday essentials.

Culver West Alexander Park is close by for morning walks or outdoor workouts, and the surrounding neighborhood has a quiet, safe residential feel with quick access to the best of the Westside.

Access

You’ll have full access to the entire unit for the duration of your stay.

House Rules

Please be respectful of our neighbors and refrain from playing amplified music outdoors. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please do not bring glass outside; designated plasticware is provided for outdoor use.

STANDARD HOUSE RULES:

• Guests must complete a third-party verification process and provide identification matching the reservation.
• No gatherings or events without prior written approval.
• No pets allowed.
• Please do not wear shoes on carpeted areas.
• Turn off lights when not in use.
• No smoking, drugs, or excessive drinking.
• No loud music.
• No classes or seminars.
• No visitors beyond approved guests.
• No professional photoshoots or videography without prior approval.
• Please do not move furniture.
• Respect the property and neighbors at all times.
• Follow all City of Los Angeles ordinances and regulations.

CHECK-OUT / CLEANING PROCEDURES:

The property is professionally inspected, sanitized, and cleaned before arrival and after departure. Guests are expected to leave the home in the same general condition as check-in, including:

a) Remove all trash and debris from the home.
b) Clean dishes and cooking messes.
c) Return moved furniture or items to their original locations.
d) Leave all remotes in visible locations.
e) Remove perishable food and leave the refrigerator clean.
f) Return outdoor furniture and equipment to their proper place.
g) Turn off lights, heater, fans, and appliances.
h) Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
i) Leave keys and parking passes on the kitchen counter if applicable.

The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only. Additional cleaning required due to excessive mess will be charged at $50 per hour. Lost keys or remotes are charged at $25 per item.

IMPORTANT:

We are committed to protecting our properties and complying with local short-term rental regulations. Completion of our independent verification process is required before check-in.

FAMILY POLICY:

We are family-friendly. Children ages 2 and older must be included in the total guest count.

PET POLICY:

Pets are strictly not allowed on the property.

EXTRA GUESTS:

Guest count must not exceed the approved occupancy. Approved additional guests are subject to a $50 per night fee plus applicable taxes and booking fees. Day visitors must be approved in advance, are limited to four people, and must leave by 10:00 PM.

NEIGHBORHOOD QUIET HOURS:

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Outdoor noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Violations may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

NOISE MONITORING:

The property is equipped with indoor and outdoor decibel monitoring devices to help comply with local ordinances. Tampering with these devices may result in penalties.

ENVIRONMENTAL CARE:

Please help preserve the environment by disposing of trash properly. Trash bins are located in the alley behind the property.

CLEANING STANDARDS:

Our in-house cleaning team follows CDC and WHO sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available.

PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:

Commercial photography or videography requires prior approval and may involve additional fees. Personal social media photography is permitted.

SMOKING POLICY:

Smoking and candles are prohibited inside the home. Outdoor smoking must take place at least 15 feet away from the property. Violations may result in a $250 fee.

EV CHARGING:

There is no EV charger on-site; however, public charging stations are available nearby.

PARKING DETAILS:

This property does not include dedicated on-site parking. Free street parking is available along Washington Place, and no permit is required. Please review all posted street signs for local street sweeping schedules and restrictions to avoid citations or towing.

UNIT ACCESS:

The apartment is on the ground floor at 12510 Washington Place — Unit C is clearly marked on the front door. The door features a keypad lock that automatically locks after 5 minutes.

SECURITY SYSTEM:

The security system is intended for vacancy use only and will remain disabled during your stay for guest privacy and convenience.

PARKING:

Free street parking is available on Washington Place. No permit is required. Please check all posted street signs for local restrictions and street sweeping schedules to avoid citations.
