What’s Actually Included

The Standard Plan covers everything you need to run a professional short-term rental:

Guest communication: We handle all guest messaging from inquiry to checkout — booking confirmations, check-in instructions, mid-stay questions, and review requests.

Dynamic pricing: Your property gets plugged into our pricing engine, which analyzes permit availability, comparable properties, local events, and seasonal demand patterns across your market. In Portland, that means we’re adjusting rates around Rose Festival and Trail Blazers games. In New Orleans, it’s Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest. We’re not using a generic algorithm.

Listing optimization: We rewrite descriptions, retitle listings, and A/B test photos based on what actually converts in your city. A Nashville listing needs different positioning than a Seattle listing.

Operations coordination: We coordinate cleaning, handle maintenance requests, manage turnovers, and ensure your property stays guest-ready.

What you don’t get with Standard: in-house housekeeping (that’s Premium) or owner approval on every maintenance decision (that’s Advanced).

What Calendar Control Actually Means

You keep admin access to your Airbnb and VRBO accounts. Period.

Want to block off Thanksgiving week? You can do it yourself, instantly. Want to accept a last-minute booking from a friend at a discount? Go ahead. Need your property for a weekend? Block the dates.
