Calendar Control on Standard Plan

On our Standard Plan (20%), you maintain full calendar control. Want to block off July for family? Done. Need the property available for a corporate group you booked directly? You make that call. We handle guest communication, pricing optimization, and booking coordination—but the calendar stays yours.

This is especially valuable for seasonal hosts in markets like Denver or Minneapolis, where personal use and rental seasons don’t always align cleanly. You’re not locked into a rigid annual contract where someone else decides when you can use your own property.

Maintenance Approval on Advanced Plan

Our Advanced Plan (15%) was designed for experienced hosts who want professional management but refuse to give up cost control. Every maintenance decision comes to you first. We’ll send the diagnosis, a recommended vendor, and a quote—but you approve the spend.

No $400 “emergency” plumber visits that could’ve waited. No replacing a working appliance because it’s “easier.” You decide what gets fixed, when, and by whom. For owners managing multiple properties or watching margins closely, this level of approval makes the difference between a profitable year and an expensive one.

Real-Time Reporting Across All Plans

Every C&C client gets access to the same owner portal we use internally. You see reservations as they’re booked, payouts as they’re processed, and maintenance requests as they come in. There’s no monthly report you have to wait for, no “trust us, everything’s fine” opacity.

In our Atlanta and Nashville markets, where occupancy can shift 15–20% seasonally, real-time visibility means you can actually see how pricing adjustments affect booking velocity. You’re not managing blind.

You Still Own the Big Decisions

Here’s what we never control: whether you sell, refinance, switch plans, or end the relationship. There are no long-term contracts on Standard or Advanced. If our performance doesn’t justify the fee, you’re not trapped.
