No sales calls, no long-term contract, and your listing can be live in under two weeks.
Most property management companies want a phone call before they’ll even tell you their fees. Then another call to “assess your property.” Then a third to sign a year-long contract that locks you in whether they perform or not.
We skip all of that.
If you’re in one of our markets—Los Angeles, Nashville, Seattle, San Diego, Chicago, Denver, New Orleans, Atlanta, Portland, or Minneapolis—here’s exactly how onboarding works with C&C, and what happens in your first 30 days.
Step 1: Fill Out the Property Form (5 Minutes)
Go to our onboarding page and tell us about your property. Address, bedrooms, current listing status, whether you have an active Airbnb account. That’s it.
We pull permit data for your address and cross-reference it with AirDNA performance metrics for comparable properties in your submarket. Within 48 hours, you’ll get an email with a preliminary revenue analysis—what similar properties are earning, where yours sits in the local distribution, and whether there’s a gap worth closing.
No call required. If the numbers don’t make sense for your situation, you’re not out anything but five minutes.
Step 2: We Build Your Guesty Listing (Week 1)
Once you decide to move forward, we set up your property in Guesty, the platform we use to sync your calendar across Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
We write your listing copy, upload photos (or coordinate a shoot if needed), set your initial pricing using our dynamic model, and connect your payout method. If you’re on the Standard Plan, you retain full calendar control—you can block dates, adjust pricing, or approve/decline reservations yourself. We handle guest communication, but you’re never locked out of your own listing.
Most properties are live within 7–10 days of this step.
Step 3: First Guest, First 30 Days (Weeks 2–4)
Your first booking usually comes within the first two weeks, depending on your market and season. When it does, here’s what happens:
- We respond to the guest inquiry or booking within an hour
- We send check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival
- We coordinate housekeeping (Premium Plan) or send you the turnover window (Advanced/Standard)
- We handle any guest issues during the stay
- We collect the review and send your payout
After 30 days, you’ll get your first performance report: actual occupancy vs. market average, your ADR compared to comps, and any pricing adjustments we’re recommending based on how your calendar is filling.
The Standard Plan has no long-term commitment. If it’s not working after that first month, you can leave. But most hosts who start on Standard move up to Premium or Advanced once they see the revenue gap close and realize how much time they’re getting back.
