During warmer days, please close the curtains when you are not in the home to help keep the interior cool.
Fireplaces and Fire Features
The living room fireplace is gas. Please ensure it is fully turned off after each use.
The outdoor fire pit is also gas. Please ensure it is fully turned off and cooled after use.
BBQ Usage
The Green Egg BBQ uses charcoal. Please ensure it is completely cool before leaving it unattended and before replacing the cover.
The small Weber BBQ is electric. Please ensure it is unplugged and completely cool before replacing the cover.
BBQ Covers
Please replace all BBQ covers after use. The Green Egg cover is designed to fit both the BBQ and table, with one side higher than the other.
Remote Controls and Systems
Please refer to the Breezeway app for instructions on using remote controls for blinds and the awning.
Patio Doors
The patio door in the dining room may be used normally. The bifold door is currently out of service.
Bring Outdoor Items Inside
If you use patio furniture, blankets, pillows, or cushions, please return them inside after use.
Trash Can Placement
Trash cans are located outside the gate. After use, please return them flush against the home.
Outdoor Fountain
The fountain is currently drained and not operational. Please do not attempt to fill or operate it.
Thermostat
The thermostat is located on the first floor and controls the entire home. Please make all adjustments there.

Remote controls for lighting or other devices in the master bedroom should remain in the room.

Guest count must not exceed the approved occupancy.
Additional guests may be approved with a fee of 100 dollars per night per guest, plus applicable fees and taxes.
Day guests must be approved prior to arrival, are limited to 4 people, and must leave by 10 PM.
Children aged 2 and older count toward the total guest count.
PET POLICY
We are family and dog friendly.
Dogs require prior approval.
