The entire home — all 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living areas, and the private yard with hot tub and fire pit — is exclusively yours for the full duration of your stay. No shared spaces, no other guests.
Self check-in via smart lock for a seamless, contactless arrival. Your personal door code will be sent before arrival. Our team is available 24/7 via message.
Parking: On-site driveway parking only. Street parking is not permitted.
HOUSE RULES
Guests must submit the full names and ages of all guests before arrival, along with a copy of a valid government-issued ID matching the booking name and a selfie for identity verification.
All guests must complete the independent third-party verification process before check-in.
No gatherings or events without prior written approval.
No pets without prior written approval.
Please respect the property and our neighbors.
Follow all applicable County of San Bernardino ordinances and regulations.

We are committed to protecting our properties and staying up to date with short-term rental regulations. As part of this process, all guests must complete our independent third-party verification.
PLEASE NOTE
Before your booking begins, you must verify your details to complete the booking process. Both a valid government-issued ID and a selfie are required. The ID must match the name on the booking, and verification must be completed before check-in.
HOT TUB AND OUTSIDE RULES
We offer a hot tub with LED lighting. It is professionally cleaned and serviced before arrival and after each checkout. The hot tub is set to approximately 100–104°F for your convenience. Use the four buttons on the control panel to turn the jets and lights on or off and adjust the temperature.
Please do not bring glass in or near the hot tub. Designated plasticware is provided for outdoor use. A $100 fee may apply if the hot tub must be drained due to glass or other inappropriate items being used in or near it.
You may bring the designated pillows and blankets outdoors, but please return them inside when you are finished.
FAMILY & PETS
We are family- and dog-friendly! Children aged 2 years and above must be included in the total guest count.
Please provide your dog’s breed and age when requesting approval. A $100 pet fee applies, and guests must agree to our pet policy.
Dog beds and bowls are available for your convenience. Please keep pets off all furniture, including sofas and bedding, to minimize additional cleaning, accidents, or damage.
Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the appropriate garbage bins near the driveway. Refer to the House Rules for additional information.
EXTRA GUESTS
The guest count must not exceed the property’s maximum occupancy. Additional guests, if approved, incur a fee of $50 per night per guest, plus applicable booking fees and taxes.
All day guests must be approved before arrival. Day guests are limited to a total of 4 and must leave by 10 PM. Children are included in the total guest count.
VENDORS
The spa is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. For bookings of 3 days or more, our technicians provide complimentary mid-stay cleaning and water balancing. They will not enter the home but will need access to the backyard.
Landscaping and gardening services are scheduled for Fridays or as needed, depending on weather conditions.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS
We are in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please follow the County’s Good Neighbor Policy and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Amplified music, outdoor music, excessive noise, and other disruptions that may disturb the community are not permitted during quiet hours. Violations may result in action regarding your reservation, subject to applicable laws and booking platform policies.
RESPECT
The home is equipped with decibel monitoring sensors inside and outside to help ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected.
Removing or tampering with the decibel monitors is prohibited and may result in additional charges, subject to applicable laws and booking platform policies.
Enjoy the desert solitude, peaceful nights, and starry skies.
CHERISH
The high desert is known for its clean air, mesmerizing night skies, and abundant wildlife and flora. Cigarette butts, trash, and food left on the ground can harm the local ecosystem. Please dispose of waste properly and help protect our surroundings.
CLEANING
Health and safety are our top priorities. Our in-house cleaning team follows CDC and WHO protocols. We take additional measures to sanitize the home before every arrival.
For this reason, we cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding.
CHECK-OUT / CLEANING PROCEDURES
The property will be inspected, sanitized, and cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Please leave the property in the same general condition as it was at check-in:
a. Remove all debris, rubbish, and discarded items from the home.
b. Clean dishes and cooking messes.
c. Return furniture and rearranged items to their original places, both indoors and outdoors.
d. Leave all remote controls in plain sight.
e. Leave the refrigerator and property clean and free of perishable food.
f. Return lounge chairs, equipment, and other items to their proper places.
g. Clean the BBQ using the provided brush.
h. Turn off lights, heaters, air conditioning, fans, appliances, and other applicable equipment.
i. Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
j. If applicable, leave keys, garage openers, and parking passes on the kitchen counter.
k. If the property has a lockbox, return the keys to it.
The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only. If the home is left in poor condition and additional cleaning is required, a fee of $50 per hour may apply, subject to applicable laws and booking platform policies.
A $25 fee per item may apply for each lost key or remote. A $75 fee may apply for each garage door opener or remote control that is damaged or not returned at checkout.
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS
If you plan to conduct a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial or business purposes, please share the project details in advance. Prior approval is required. If approved, additional licensing and usage fees apply.
Photoshoots for personal social media accounts are welcome.
WILDLIFE
You may encounter wildlife during your stay, including quail, rare albino lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered tortoises and kangaroo mice.
Please use caution when outdoors, especially at night, and supervise children and pets at all times.
NO SMOKING
Smoking and burning candles are prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted only outdoors, at least 15 feet away from all exterior doors.
A $250 charge may apply for violations, subject to applicable laws and booking platform policies.
BACKYARD FENCING
Although the property is fenced, please supervise pets and children at all times. Desert wildlife may still enter because we share their natural habitat.
EV CHARGER
There is no EV charger at the home. A Tesla Supercharger is located in town. A public EV charging station is also available nearby at Joshua Tree Distillery, which allows charging for up to 2 hours per day.
PARKING
Street parking is not permitted by the County. Please keep all vehicles in designated parking spaces to avoid tickets, fines, or towing.
