It all began when Darian & Jordan bought their first home together during the peak of a global pandemic – a little beach bungalow with a sunny yellow door in Venice Beach, California. The intention was this home would be their forever home, where they would put roots down and raise their children. However, given the current economic climate and Jordan’s previous 15 years of experience in the vacation rental industry, they quickly realized that their beach bungalow would be better served as an investment rather than their forever home.
It wasn’t long before this little home in Venice Beach began performing exceptionally well. At which point friends and colleagues began to take notice and started asking, “How are you doing this?” They got to work and started helping friends and family with their investments in the vacation rental industry. This was the genesis of Colby & Conrad. A boutique vacation rental management company driven to help other families just like them attain the same financial freedom that they had achieved.
We believe one’s success can be measured by the daily impact he or she has on other people’s lives. We decided to build this company as an instrument to do just that. As we focus on growing our family and having a positive impact on our community, we set out to design a platform that helps other people grow their own young families in spaces that are safe, special, and comfortable homes away from home.
Our mission is to create opportunities for others to build passive revenue that allows them the same freedom to focus on spending time with their own families, as well as provide all families across the globe with the gift of unquestionably memorable vacations.
